Circuit Board Layout and Design:

PEKE designs mixed-signal and power PCBs that energize and sense high-Q systems: precision analog front-ends, high-voltage/current drivers, and low-noise measurements. We optimize stack-ups, return paths, creepage/clearance, and thermal performance for EMI/EMC compliance, and apply DFM/DFT to transition from rapid prototypes to reliable, scalable production.

Control Panel Design and Programming:

PEKE creates custom operator panels that make complex systems simple and safe: intuitive HMI/UX, clear alarm states, guided setup, and diagnostics. We program PLC or embedded controllers, integrate safety circuits, interlocks, and fieldbuses (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus), and tailor recipes and permissions for repeatable, compliant operations.

Cloud Data Logging and Analysis:

PEKE understands that clients want data back from their complex systems, whether deployed in remote locations or sitting on a bench top.  PEKE streams time-series data from resonant and other systems to secure cloud platforms for performance logging, analytics, and alerting. We design schemas, edge buffering, and encryption; build dashboards and APIs; and apply statistical/ML models for condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and fleet insights that continuously improve design and control.

PEKE Development Stages

  • Design Stage Iteration – Collaborative design reviews, engineering refinements, and manufacturability input.
  • Prototype Builds – Early prototypes for proof of concept, functional testing, and design validation.
  • Alpha Units – First integrated builds, tested internally for performance and reliability.
  • Beta Units – Increased production runs provided to beta testers, capturing feedback and real-world data to refine design for production.
  • Production – Scaled, repeatable manufacturing with quality controls in place for dependable delivery.

Your Product Partners

We promote a minimum viable product (MVP) philosophy, putting real products into the hands of users as early as possible. This improves beta testing feedback and drives continued development. Real-world feedback is essential, because at the end of the day, it is users who live with the product, not the engineers.

As engineers, our role is to solve problems. But not every problem we see is a real problem for users. By testing, listening, and refining, we focus on solving the issues that truly matter in practice, not just in theory.

Every client is treated as a partner, and every project as if it were our own. We don’t sugar-coat our feedback. We provide direct, practical, and brutally honest assessments that save time, cost, and frustration in the long run. This approach ensures that our clients get not only a product that works, but one that is truly ready for production.
